By a strange coincedence Hidden Talent (Faces) & West 1,are both at the same address at Pinewood Studios; and appear to have the same staff. Erik Chandler is a manager and appears to run both of these companies, but the director now responsible for West 1 is Rebecca Moore, the original director was a Seth McDonald; he was also a manager for Hidden Faces; so he too worked for both limited companies.
Seth McDonald suddenly resigned his directorship of West 1, on 13 March 2006 - The address he gave was 31A Furness Road, Fulham, SW6 2LJ; but was he ever at this address? Does he exist?
We do know that an Eric Seth Irving is on the voters roll at Flat 2, 19 Finborough Road, London SW10 9DF.
Rebecca June Moore who was the West 1 company secretary, then took over the directorship of West 1; her registered address? Well this appears to be an accommodation address...

Let's not forget about the one and only current director of Hidden Faces Ltd, Gieorgia Villa, who was appointed on 25 January 2004. Her date of birth is 01/10/1982; so she had only just turned aged 21, when she became the director... Evidently, she must have had years of experience in the business? But, she is on the voters roll at that address!
The current company secretary for Hidden Faces Ltd, is shown as a Derek Pooley, at 2 School Lane, Penn Street, Amersham HP7 0QJ; but according to BBC Inside Out 16 February 2007, he has never lived at this address. Isn't it strange that Hidden Faces made no comment, when confronted by the BBC?
The current company secretary for West 1 is shown as a Sloan Savage and gives her address as 73 Inglethorpe Street, London SW6 6NU, but does she live there? Well, she is shown as living at 41 Romney Court, Haverstock Hill, London NW3 4RX; because she is on the voters roll at that address.

A certain Rebecca June Moore appears to be living with a certain Erik Seth Irving - at 78 Lower Road, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, Bucks SL9 9AA. I wonder if this is true?

Hidden Faces Ltd, was originally named Eriks Faces Ltd; it also changed its trading name - to Hidden Talent on 16/09/06. The Company Secretary from 18/12/2002 to 20/08/2003 was an Erik Seth Irving; that sounds familiar; his address was shown as 80 Thornley Road, Ivor; but there is no such address. Evidently he had difficulty spelling. But, original director Eileen Hamberger, was also living at 80 Thorney Lane North, Iver, SL0 9LR; so they appeared to be living together; she resigned on 18/06/2003; I wonder why?

West 1 (ex) director Seth McDonald date of birth was 10/02/1971. What a strange coincidence he had one of the same christian names as (ex) Hidden Faces company secretary, Erik Seth Irving now his date of birth was 10/02/1962!
It would appear that an Erik Seth Irving mothers maiden name was MacDonald. The plot thickens... Even stranger, is the fact that manager Erik Chandler also has one of the same christian names too...
According to Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) Employment Agency Standards (EAS) correspondence, Erik Chandler appears to run both of these limited companies and has been their main spokesman - to the media. Does he exist?
There is a Cameron J. Irving living at Kithill, Red Hill, Denham, UB9 4LE. I wonder if he has any connection...
West 1 doesn’t promise to find you any work as a model or extra. They do guarantee however, to find you an agency - for only £189! They did find you an agency like Regardez (see below) who charged a further £117.50. Regardez also went to hotel venues themselves; and charged £180!

West 1 had made the bogus statement, that they have been in business for almost a decade. They promised the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) in December 05 that the agency would remove the claim, for almost a decade. Yet in March 06 the company was still making the same bogus claims. They promised the ASA in November 05 that the agency would state a charge is payable (then £179), in their advertisements. Yet since then; the agency has done the opposite by stating “Free Photo Test Shot & Photograph”, which gives the impression - that no fee is charged to successful applicants. .

Who now claim to have closed down - in March 2007; due to no work; or was it the publicity - by the BBC in 2003? Every one passed to Regardez by West 1 has now lost ALL their money; I wonder why West 1 don't tell new applicants - about this trick by the agent they work with? Click on: www.studio1promotions.co.uk This is another one, of the supposed ‘agencies’ that West 1 put you in contact with. Studio 1 Promotions is run by a John Slater; yes I know the agency name sound the same as West1Promotions. They are not very clever people…
Studio 1 Promotions say they have been in business for 9 years, yet only set up their website on 18 January 06. Which appeared to only show 41 female and 27 male models, as at the beginning of March; which really is not many - after 9 years... This agency charges a further £49.99.
Studio 1 rings up many applicants, telling them they have a job for them, providing they pay the above fee. But when the fee is paid, the job suddenly disappears!
Studio 1 are now stating they are not taking on any more models - for the forseeable future - I wonder why...
Has the agency ever found anyone - any work? Studio 1 Promotions could not provide such evidence at all to the ASA, that they had found anybody any work – whatsoever!

Studio 130 is another trading name by John Slater and they promise for yet another fee, to put you in their 'prestigious' Model of the Year Competition' Wow! They offer 'fantastic prizes'. They say, 'The 'Show' is sure to attract massive media attention!' and 'Family members can each sponsor you for £10...' Does it sound too good to be true? Well many victims have contacted me saying they had paid money - only to find the event cancelled!

This is the agencies latest boast; "Models Direct is supporting a Department of Trade & Industry initiative which aims to to protect would-be models from unscrupulous individuals (West 1 & Rondevous?) - hire a (hotel) venue - to invite would-be models to attend then engage in hard sell tactics - to pay high fees (£128?) on the promise of work (Models Direct?) that very rarely materialises - Models Direct is not directly affected by the (DTI) proposed new legilation as it does not work in this way (through West 1 & Rondevous?)."

Rebeccas People - Disappeared!
Is another top quality agency, who applicants have told me, that West 1 put you in touch with. Rebeccas People now charge a fee of £85 for entry into their casting directory; which is merely a work-seeking service. They do not charge commission; is this because they do not find work for applicants? A complaint was made to the Advertising Standards Authority about West1 as to the claim they worked with a
Rebecca Rose; set up the website; by a strange coincidence, Rebecca Moore mothers maiden surname is Rose; well I never! Rebecca only set up her website on 22 January 06. Is it just another strange coincidence, the address Rebecca's People give - was at 235 Earls Court Road; is also the registered address - for Hidden Faces Ltd; it is only a mail box address. Rebeccas People telephone number was 0207-644 for a London NW6 postal area; and it was the same telephone exchange number for Hidden Faces, at their previous address.

On 4th September 06 the website http://www.rebeccaspeople.co.uk had suddenly disappeared from view and only reappeared in the middle of October. Also on the 4th September 06 I received an e-mail from a director of West 1, (Rebecca Moore) which stated “It has come to our attention that you have decided to list a company / agency called Rebecca’s People as being on our list of Agencies”. It went on to say, “I know that you cannot produce evidence to substantiate this libellous allegation, therefore please remove immediately all reference to Rebecca’s People from this listing or legal action will be taken against you”. I am still awaiting for this legal action. So exactly why has West1 director (Rebecca Moore) now denied any connection to Rebecca’s People?

Rebecca's People suddenly became a limited company on 28 September 2006. Its registered office is: 16 Windsor Road, Pitstone, Leighton Buzzard LU7 9DG. But the company is stating its offices are: Room 66, 27 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2EW. The telephone number is: 0870 042 2150, which of course is not a Birmingham number and therefore the companies offices could be based anywhere... Rebecca's People state on their website:
"We are not an Agency. We only show your profile in order to get you seen by various production companies or model companies wishing to book models. We are then called and pass your details directley to Model or Casting producer. We are all here at Room 66 to devote all of our energies to promoting you and getting your face seen by all the right people for just a one of payment for life of £85.00! WE WISH YOU EVERY SUCCESS WITH US THIS YEAR AND HOPE WE CAN DO FOR YOU WHAT WE HAVE DONE FOR OTHERS."
I wonder what they have 'done' for others and who are 'all the right people'?
...Isn't it funny that this agency is now off line? So how do people get a refund for a service they are not actually getting? But they do promise to be back in 2008!!!

Shocks Talent?

One of the latest scam agencies that West 1 'work with' is www.shockstalent.com On the Shocks Talent website it states copyright 1998, but according to a 'Who Is' search, it would appear the website was only set up 23 January 2007... I received on the 30 May 07 an e-mail purportedly from a ‘Phil Jones’, Office Manager of Shocks Talent, it stated: "We would like to state that Shocks Talent are in no way connected with MODELSEXTRA. (www.modelsextra.co.uk) Shocks Talent is run by a small team of three. We are a independent company and will continue to be so. MODELS EXTRA sent our company a large number of would be models and we accepted 19 of these, a small number considering the large number we were sent."

Of course it is just coincidence that Shockstalent set up in January 2007; and Modelsextra set up a month later in February 2007. Also it is just a coincidence that both companies chose Pipex as the host provider for their website…And…Just to prove that Shockstalent only works with - scam agencies; they now ‘work’ with West 1; well known for conning the public; SHAME!

West 1 Casting Ltd, were not stating their company name or trading name in their advertisements. Why would the agency want to hide their identity - prior to their venues at hotels? The ASA published their first adjudication on West 1 (Promotions), on the 1st March 06, see above links. A further complaint is being investigated…

Hidden Talent/Faces even told me that they supplied the BBC with "all Eastenders" and told me that they had been in business 15 years; when clearly they had only set up on 18 Dec 02...
